Hygienic Emptying
Due to the high air throughput of the specially designed motor, the extremely high flow velocity ensures outstanding separation of coarse soil and fine dust in different containers. The containers are emptied completely through the bottom with a minimum of dust escaping.
Vortex Technology
The Vortex technology produces an enormous flow velocity of more than 62 miles/h. Combined with the specially designed floorhead and the aerodynamic air flow, the bagless vacuum cleaner achieves first-class cleaning performance. This ensures that coarse soiling and fine dust are separated in an outstanding manner. The coarse soiling lands in the transparent dust container, the fine dust in a separate container with a fine dust filter.
Anti-static Conductor Handle
All Miele canister vacuum cleaners have a small metal strip integrated into the handle, which works like a lightning conductor. This prevents static discharge between appliance and user.
Gentle-start Motor
The selected power level is ramped up slowly when Miele vacuum cleaners are switched on. This protects the mains from overload.
Overheating Protection
A temperature limiter protects all Miele Canister vacuum cleaners from overheating. Should the air passage become blocked – for instance by vacuuming up bulky particles – the motor will automatically shut off for safety's sake. After the cause of the shut-off has been eliminated and the appliance has cooled down, it is ready again for service.
Push2open
With one simple motion, the dust container can be removed by pulling it upwards and at the touch of a button, the dust can be emptied out of the bottom straight into the waste bin. Emptying is particularly hygienic as no direct contact is made with the dust and the container empties completely.
Comfort Clean
Innovative sensors measure the air throughput of the GORE® CleanStream® fine dust filter and automatically activate the ComfortClean self-cleaning function as needed. To complete this, the appliance switches off for about 20 seconds. The ComfortClean function can also be activated manually. Thus, ComfortClean guarantees consistently high cleaning performance.
Comfort Handle
The flexible hose connector enables comfortable, ergonomic handling. The lever action allows the floor head to be maneuvered more easily and takes pressure off your wrist.
Integrated Accessories
The Miele Blizzard canister vacuum cleaner has three high-quality accessories as standard: the upholstery nozzle and crevice nozzle are integrated in the appliance. A dusting brush is integrated in the Eco Comfort handle or is included separately.
One-touch Wire Rewind
The wire on all Miele Canister vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a foot control, without having to stoop. Compact C2, Complete C3 and Blizzard CX1 vacuum cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
Park System
The floorhead is simply hooked onto the side of the vacuum cleaner, leaving the suction tube in a secure and handy working position.
360° Castors
The Blizzard CX1 is equipped with four castors that can swivel through 360°. This makes it very stable and at the same time versatile and easily manoeuvrable in all directions.
Operating Radius
Wire, Telescopic Suction Wand and suction hose combine to provide you with an especially large operating radius. This allows convenient vacuuming of even larger rooms without frequently having to switch the power points.
