I am waiting for the order which was shipped 2 weeks ago. There is a problem with the post office. However, when I emailed the Post Office's letter confirming this package was lost.... I was told my Lauren at this location to wait one more day and that they were out of stock for this product today. Well, I waited 3 more days... and still no package. When I called today, Lauren had me speak to the manager Fred. Fred stonewalled the situation. Fred would not commit to sending out this item to me which indeed was in stock according to their website. Finally, Fred said that he would refund my order. I should also add how Fred felt the need to tell me all his issues with shipping which I was not interested in hearing. That is his problem, not mine. When I asked to get an email confirming the refund, Fred again would not comply with this request. In fact, Fred hung up on me. Lauren is very helpful however, their customer service stinks and I hope that you realize that especially if you purchase a high priced item. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. It is unfortunate because I would have been able to purchase this item elsewhere but this morning, the item is out of stock at another online store. Stay Safe Everyone.

We filled the order and shipped it within 3 business days. In checking the USPS tracking on your order, it showed the package arrived at your local post in Mission Viejo, Ca. 92690 on June 4. For some unknown reason, actually the Post Office is the reason, the shipment then came back to Pa. Now it says the shipment in in Metro, NY. We sincerely apologize for this incident. Honestly we did our part, this inconvenience was the fault of USPS and we have little control over a package once it leaves here. We have issued you a full refund.
