Can use new updated Seam Foot O2 (#858812006)

A popular foot with patchworkers for that essential 1/4 inch seam. The guide on the foot enables you to sew a perfect 1/4 inch seam every time. The guide can also be used wherever a 1/4 inch seam is called for but the markings on the needle plate cannot be used, such as when completing a flat-felled seam.

This is a scant ¼" foot, O2. O2 is not an updated foot O, it is a different foot. Foot O is a ¼" foot, foot O2 is a scant ¼" foot.

they are different, and one will not work if you need the other .

Be warned, this foot is O2, not O!

Hello Val, The O2 (#858812006) and O (#200008037) feet are interchangable. Both have the same spacing for the needle. The only difference between the two is that on the bottom of the O2 foot there is a ridge that makes it a bit easier to feed the fabric under the foot.
