I ordered this machine on Monday by phone and it was delivered on Wednesday! Great service. I am partial to Brother machines. I find them to be user friendly and long lasting. I set the machine up, threaded it, and tried out a few stitches. Very pleased. Another plus is the presser feet on my other Brother machines will fit this machine and so I do not have the extra expense of buying additional attachments. (This was easy to check using this website!) Looking forward to many years of use. Pocono Sew & Vac service was excellent!! Very glad I purchased through them!

I just bought this machine by phone one week ago. Ordered on a Wednesday by phone and received the machine the following Saturday - three days!! Cannot ask for faster! Phone is a good way to order, and Pocono has knowledgeable people and great service so far! :) Looking forward to using this machine quite a bit. It is a lovely machine with many features found usually in much higher priced machines. It is fairly quiet, and does a good job - I hemmed a air of jeans shorts and then made a little quilt for my cats, and the machine behaved swimmingly. I find the touch panel buttons very responsive and actually hit a couple of keys by accident and had to consult the manual for getting myself out of my errors. I love the Brother manuals, and they are more helpful than any other brand manuals I have ever used. Instead of the usual sketchy overview, Brother and Babylock manuals give a lot of detail and even approach "chatty!" I will be keeping track of my projects on this machine, and looking forward to years of use! THANK YOU POCONO!
